I can think of several right now After Hours there was a full screen & later a widescreen release but the covers are the same & Outlaw Josey Wales there was a older widescreen red one which mine developed laser rot then they did a AC-3 one which played ok. Glad i have these because some sellers wouldnt be honest if this was the newer one just to make a sale.

The US-editions of Blue Velvet look quite familiar, only the logos seems to be different on the covers.

Many of the early Disney titles are pretty much impossible to tell apart from one edition to the next. Often times they *do* change the cover art, but not the catalog number.
