I'm stuck with 168 PAL laserdiscs from France
They are in mint condition and have great covers but that's about it...
They are of no value to me since they are all dubbed in French

What should I do with them? Throw them away? I know they're laserdiscs but should I bother keeping them around?
Any advise welcome....
I was thinking of putting the lot on ebay but shipping all those discs... no way....

well, you should really post them, they would be a valuable resorce on LDDB.com

but other than that there may be some people who would want a cover to frame?
so i would try the bay with the less common titles.

get on a french movie forum and see if anyone wants them

most of them are all there on the database!
It's not that they're rare titles .
Titles like:
Vampires
Le corniaud
l'operation Corned beef
La grande Vadrouille

Many French top comedy titles but what to do with them...?

You are in Belgium... There must be people interested in these movies in Walloon or Brussels...
I have bought several just to practice my French, but I can't get used to dubbed movies... A French movie should be in French, a Chinese movie in Chinese and an American movie in English... Thank god I was born in Flanders where all movies are subtitled...
Sometimes these french discs have great covers though and some of them have the original soundtrack on the analog track.

Got rid of the PAL Frenchies. Almost gave them away. Anyway happy they are gone.
Happy to see someone can enjoy them now.

glad to hear that, it's always a shame to trash stuff like that, it may not have any monetary value
but someone can enjoy them
