To me they rare but that's because there really isn't a market for them. I'm sure there are more of them out there than some of the 1999 released discs but it seems that someone is always selling the later discs. To each their own.
I found some of these at a record store here. Send me a message if you'd be interested — I could go back & look if they were still there. They appeared to have been, at least some of them, officially imported into the US for sale here! Very strange.
