I just got the APowers japan release & it has more footage put in than the USA release. There was a scene with CSlater I don't remember & some outtakes with the demise of the henchmen were put in also I think they were deleted scenes on the American release can anyone confirm this?

This is also how Austin Powers was shown in European theaters. The so-called "deleted scenes" on the DVD were actually used as the regular run anywhere but in North America.
