Is this laserdisc even listed on the site database I have looked and looked for the past few nights and I see no listing unless its under a different keyword? The catalogue number is 1090-85 I have noticed on disc 2 side 4 towards the end of the end credits, minor sparkles of laser-rot possible? So is it even listed so I can check up on its status? Cheers

Huh, So can this be put into the database by my-self but since I don’t have laser scanner to do a decent enough picture as photo pictures I’m sure are not permitted. What’s the condition of your Alien, I don’t mean are petting the Alien I mean the quality does it have any signs of sparkles on the feature film. I went through the special features last night and didn’t notice any asides from the nice interview with Ridley Scott and interviewer Don Shay of Cinefex magazine.

What keywords did you use? Well thanks for finding then. Well now reading the data file I see its sadly listed as “Possible candidate”, that sucks! Well if side 4 gets worse thou I might transfer the film to DVD-RW and no the lossless won’t bother me. 1090-85 A 01 A20I04807 1090-85 B 72 B20I04726 1090-85 C 53 C20I06957 1090-85 D 01 D20I06944 1090-85 E 02 E20I12793 1090-85 F 04 F20I12739 The mint marks are not matching up to the version I have Disc1 sides 1 and 2 1090-85 A 06 A41A06225 1090-85 B 88M B41A02259 Disc 2 sides 1 and 2 1090-85 C 69 C41B05982 1090-85 D 10 D41B02796 Disc 3 Sides 5 and 6 1090-85 E 54 E41A07398 1090-85 F 11 F41A07067

publius wrote: Actually, I searched for "Alien", clicked on one of the other editions with a "1090" catalog number, then on the page clicked on the second "0". This automatically does a search for all of the catalog numbers beginning with "1090", which pulled it up. I was looking for 1090-85. Sigh, lol well good find at any rate good find. What of Mitsubishi are they bad news for laserdisc pressings?
