American Ninja 2: The Confrontation (1987) [LD-NL-041]

There is some more information about this release at OFDb, for those who don't understand german or can't bother to use online translator it looks like Cascar guys were to release few titles from Cannon Films (others being 52 Pick-Up and King Solomon's Mines) but ran possibly into legal problems with them in the middle of process resulting the already pressed batches to get eventually destructed instead of being finished for distribution. However some of the discs survived and made it into circulation but details of exact happenings are still rather unclear: Does anyone know the whole story behind these, I assume they never reached the resellers because picture sleeves were never printed so how many discs leaked out before mass destruction and how they made their way out of manufacturers warehouse? Also, were there ever any pre-release magazine adverts or other promotional merchandise showing the possible design of sleeves?
