I particularly enjoy using my LD player for movies that haven't yet had a proper release on DVD/BD, and about once a month I host an "obscure movie night" with friends, where I play such movies. The last one was "The Runestone" [LD 68953-WS], and next up is "Colossus: The Forbin Project" [43128].
I also recently played "The Keep" [LV 1563-WS] for my own enjoyment (strange movie, can't say I truly like it, but am a Tangerine Dream fan, and dig the soundtrack), and currently have a copy of "Delusion" [90786] in transit.

Spun one of my wife's favorites last night Very good video and audio. It was projected in 70mm in the theater with a 6 track audio scheme. Whatever they did, it made for a helluva good transfer to LD. Tonight, watching Stagecoach on DVR from a recent TCM broadcast.
