I also have a lot of Holy Grails: Sleepy Hallow, The Bone Collector, Bringing Out the Dead. One that is never mentioned is the original Willard. It is still not available on dvd. Not sure why. Rights issues? I consider it very valuable. I also consider the boxed set of It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, and They Shoot Horses, Don't They? very valuable. The quality and features on both are outstanding, and Mad World has most of the cut footage put back in. The one I have my eye on now is U-571. Currently, someone has a used copy on here available for $1500. No, I don't think so. A sealed copy would be what I would want, but God knows how much it will be!

Which version and how much? I see Tron out here in Los Angeles all the time. Let me know and I can probably pick it up for you next time I see it.

Not really rare, but I can rarely find it cheap, but the Japanese box set of George Romero's Dawn of the Dead under the title Zombie: Perfect Collection. Sure I own it several times over on LD, DVD, VHS, but that's the set to get! Maybe even the Japanese release Dawn of the Dead: The Conclusion just to be a completist.

Another is the Taiwan release of Space Mutiny. I'm a big MST3K fan, and I saw that Taiwan LD on Ebay not too long ago, but was outbid for it! I'll probably never see that one again!

My big ones right now are The Knack: Live at Carnegie Hall, and Hall and Oates: The Liberty Concert . Runner-up would be the Dolby Digital/THX theatrical version of T2.

Not really rare or extremely expensive, I suppose....then again, I'm in it more for the material....my Holy Grail LDs are the original Star Wars Trilogy in THX, which were the first titles I got, and the ones that got me hooked on the format.

I'm still looking for the Making of Star Wars MVC disc at a reasonable price. Some yahoo on eBay has a buy-it-now price of 150.00. I've got a feeling he's going to sit on it awhile.

did you succed finding it with both the film cell and poster ? How much did you pay for it ? You dont have do answer that if you dont want, its you personal information but it would be fun to know.

As a holy grail that I am searching for it would at the moment prob, be this movie. Complete and good condition.

As my last HG that I got is prob. be the Ilsa trilogy Box from Japan.
Ilsa: Trilogy (Uncut) [FFL-008]

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the poster belong to regular japanese release - I have that one aswell - while 2-disc set comes with film sprocket and insert? Nevertheless, I got mine from private collector and it was a closed deal so I'm not going onto the details but I believe the price was reasonable for both parties.
