I bought Dumb and Dumber, brand new, and the sound from only the front right, surround right, and center speakers has an annoying buzz, while the other 2 speakers play normal audio.
what's up with that?

what's up with that? Is it an AC-3 disc with your player only capable of analog playback?

Do you have your LD player hooked up with both digital and analog? I would try changing the audio track to see if it's a problem with just 1 or the other.

It's not too difficult, you'd need to connect an optical digital cable from the player to your receiver and a cheap pair of stereo (red, white) rca cables from the LD player to a different input on your receiver. Then use the LD remote to change tracks (button usually labeled "audio") and switch between the 2 inputs with your receiver.

But thanks, Ill remember this if my problem persists on my next player.
