This Daniel Craig stuff....that's NOT Bond at all....I watched one of them and that was enough for me

Did you watch Skyfall? It was pretty good if you ask me. But that would be the exception of the Daniel Craig era for me.

Personally I have a soft spot for Die Another Day, probably because of the Madonna soundtrack and all the gimmicks.

Apart from Skyfall, Golden Eye, Die Another Day and On Her Magestys Secret Service, I am all for the Sean Connery bond movies. I've never been a fan of the Roger Moore or Timothy Dalton iterations.

If you go in order I would say.

Connery, best but some films start to be too comical around the 3rd Goldfinger.

Brosnon, films were OK not tops but a very good replacement to Connery.

Far 3rd Craig, only reason I like these films but do not actually own them is the fact that the violence is very close to the books in these
films, but the books too started to lag off. One day I'll pickup his films at a thrift store cheap.

Then for me that's pretty much it, Lazenby is good but its just a filler and the film is just too long with horrible music playing over and over again,
wish they had an actual song for this one rather than cheap out but I can totally see why.

Moore is just the Saint asking for martini's and Dalton is just a slight step up above Moore but not by much, would say these two are tied at 9th and 10th place.

The picture quality of my LaserDisc of Goldeneye (Letterbox AC3 edition) looks very good, and is very close to the DVD release. The audio is also pretty good, though the bass is sometimes a bit overdriven. The cover has a slight amount of damage, but the disc plays perfectly fine without any defects.
