Perhaps one of the oldest NTSC set of music promo laserdiscs is the Audix Soundware series covering music from 1984 - 1986.

These are always popular when they turn up on Ebay.

They appear to have been produced for use in Jukeboxes as they came with a plastic track listing insert similiar to what you get with 8" laserjuke discs only these are 12" LDs:
