There are 7 live Black Sabbath tracks on that LD and it also features 7 tracks by the band Blue Oyster Cult hence the name Black & Blue:

Dio: Special from the Spectrum [G78M0073]In 1985 Ronnie formed the charity band Hear 'N Aid to release the single 'Stars' for famine relief in Africa. 40 artists from the hard rock music community gathered at A&M Records Studios to participate in the making of the record. The 'Stars' single coupled with the album, a video documentary on the making of the record and other ancillary products raised money for famine relief efforts in Africa and around the world. Dio shared the role of lead vocals with Rob Halford, Kevin DuBrow, Geoff Tate and Don Dokken, just to name a few.
For the Dio completist you may also like to seek out the rarest release of all - Dio Super Rock 85 live concert which was only released on the VHD format and not LD:
