Is there any reason to pick these things up? Is there any resale value in them? I have a few with 80s stuff on them but in general is there any kind of market for them? Reason I am asking is I can pick up 20 pretty cheap.
Thanks

I've a few Karaoke discs but they are ones where the original videos and original soundtrack are also available should you wish to listen to them.
In my case that is a necessity as my singing is not very good!

I'd stick to the real mccoy!

I fully agree, I also picked up some Karaoke discs as they were sealed almost for free,
all you get some stupid background video and scrolling text iso the real videoclip,

If you do not sing along, you will probably look at 1 and than stop watching, even not bother to touch the remainder of your Karaoke discs.

In the "LD days" these discs were quite expensive (I know a single Pioneer Karaoke 20cm disc with 4 songs to be almost 40 euros)

I'm always bringing karaoke to parties and having a great time. I use both LDs and CD+G's. So in that case, yes, they are worth getting.

If you don't really plan on using them for their intended purpose, then no, they're not worth it at all.
