Here it is: Madonna: Blond Ambition World Tour Live (1990) [PA-90-346]

It has all the usual USA covers details but has a big PAL logo.

It's not the USA NTSC release => Madonna: Blond Ambition World Tour Live (1990) [PA-90-325]

It's not the PAL European release => Madonna: Blond Ambition World Tour Live (1990) [PLMPB 00041]

There's no comment that is was designed to target other PAL markets (such as Australia).
Maybe it was a sticker on the cover such as the Japanese NTSC repackaged release => Madonna: Blond Ambition World Tour Live (1990) [PILP-1010]

Anyone else (apart for the entry author) has a copy with the correct story to tell?

Julien

I don’t know anything about it but I will mention that the Europe market and the UK market were separate back then a lot of the times with music stuff so maybe it’s a UK version?

Unfortunately I don't know if this is Australian or not, but it is curious.

Is it possible that it could be a PAL Brazil release? I think they used PAL-M for VHS releases but then moved to NTSC for DVD.

Hi All,

I think this is a very early (test?) Pioneer PAL release where the regular PAL naming convention was not used yet (e.g. PLMPx yyyy1)

Also this Madonna title is the first in Popular Music release.

The Mint Mark is : 30-075A1-10 (30 = PAL series), I checked other early Pioneer commercial discs and haven't found one with a number this low using the standard pioneer PAL naming convention (PLMP* / PLF** / PLSWA* / PLSAB*)
