| Post subject: | Universal remote for CLD-1750? |
Hi everyone I hope I'm posting in the right section, anyway, I own a Pioneer CLD-1750, which did not come with a remote so I'm unable to use it to it's full capabilities. I was wondering if there's a reliable universal remote or perhaps remote app I could use? Any help would be appreciated. |

My advice, for what it's worth, would be to avoid universal remotes and instead get a Pioneer LaserDisc remote - they're fairly common on eBay and if you're not impatient one will turn up at a reasonable cost. Even if you can't find the exact model that would have been paired with the CLD-1750, any from that 'era' would be suitable [I think, although others may know better than I!] and will work with your player handling all the major functions. Just avoid the really early ones from the 'analogue sound' period, or the really late ones from the 'LD+DVD' era, as I think they may not be compatible. |
