I think that's an excellent idea as well. A "for sale" forum category for players and accessories would take the onus out of just putting them on haphazardly and hoping for the best. No need to include laserdiscs since that's all taken care of in the main database by having a store in there.

It's something the CED forum at CEDmagic just incorporated that seems to work well. Plus it has the added benefit of being able to post a photo, etc, and description.

Alternately, it is a feature that could be added to the LDDB stores, and allow Julien to collect a little bit on each player/remote sale to help support the database.

I would like a place to let people know players I have for sale.

I have CLD-97's, LD-S2 w/o side panels, CLD-99, CLD-D704 and would like another place to list other than eBay or word of mouth.

In it he states:

- Is a dual side player (changes automatic, while the X0 doesn't change)
- When it comes to service is half of the X0
- And there are all parts available, and for the X0 none or almost none.

cararte - given you stated there are no parts available for the X0, I assume you informed the gentleman who purchased the unit from you of this information or did that slip your mind?

That's a very good point and I'm going to put up a post separate from this one suggesting it, and it would be great if all who support the idea comment upon it there. Esp[ecially since this is off topic on this thread.

I think Julien is busy with settling in to his new job right now, but probably will see the topic sometime soon.

Besides i have spare parts for the X0, that this Gentleman will have access at any time he wants, they are kepted for him, and only for him.
