So, I got to thinking....

I've got a bunch of movies that are single disc, and my D505 is a dual-sided player. So the ability to watch some movies without having to go inside...or another room, exists.

The biggest problem is; SlingBox doesn't have support, by default, for any LaserDisc players. So after about 2 hours of hacking and extracting codes; I was able to create a mostly functional remote that's based on the D704, which must be similar to the one for my 505.

Anyway, I've got some cleaning up to do with the key assignments, but it's working.

The reason I'm posting this; rather than just posting the remote upgrade file; Slingbox uses a number of remote chips depending on how old it is and where you purchased it. So, if there's interest, you need to tell me what version of SlingBox you have, and if it's a US version or not. It appears as if I can get away with generating just two codes, a "universal" US code and a non-US code. That code will not work on really old Slingboxes though.
