Hello, i rotate my players now so that they all get some use every few months. I just fired up my Pioneer cld-406 & it had a error message F5. It didnt load or something so i powered it off it fought me a bit then ejected the disc. Does someone have a list of what mine & other error messages mean? |

I don't know what F5 means, but with players of that type and vintage if it won't load the disc properly the two things I've encountered are that the belt is sipping (the one that pulls the laser/spindle mech up towards the disc) or that the upper portion of the spindle/clamp thing is stuck. This is assuming that the drawer goes in all the way. |
