Just thought I would share my Ld1000, that I sold locally in June. I was just redoing the tray, yes they are fragile over the years just like the ld-s9 and 99's. Owned it Since 2004, with original Gold remote. I thought I had all the photos of mine on my Sd card

At that time in 2004, Duncan at Ldservice never seen one yet, so I sent it out to him, as when it came to me it was should of been working, but I was busy doing my own things and the tray didn't even come out, so I just had UPS send it to him so he could see it and detect what was wrong. It became a spindle problem, electrical, so he fixed it and we talked about its exterior build for a few days. He scored a copy of the original manual for me from a contact. I still too this day own the original Widescreen review of it, as it was the last review of any laserdisc player done.
I was just going through double checking the spindle sheet, and went through all the Mechanical alignments to Pioneer specs.
Then Disclord, told me it has the updated 3D filter like the EAD, Widescreen review never even knew it during the review.
Grasshopper never knew it until like 4 days ago on here.
So, I think I just might purchase it back and toss in a 704 for him, since he was just experimenting with the LD format.(He still calls me once a month, to talk about laserdisc)
He gave me like a new Elite 52(This 52 had a lot better picture then my last 4 or 6 I had before) Strange, It could be because it was never used. Then he gave me a mint 503 also as a freebie.
Anyways, Im just having a relaxing evening and thought I would just post this Rare Gem. Now more Rare due to the specs that I always thought was just the Audio, like everyone else thought too back in 1998-99.
