Someone that I know found one of these in their attic and wanted to give it to me but I don't really know anything about it she said it was fine if I didn't want it
So could some one tell me a little about that player

As the designation should suggest, it's an LD-only player, & apparently analog-audio-only. Not a model with any special distinguishing characteristics.

Here is a picture from my catalogue. As Publius said....analog only. So if you have any Japan multi-audio discs (as I have) can be a problem. Music/sounds only is usually on the digital tracks (which that player can't play) The Japanese narration is put sometimes just on the analog right, so you would still have analog left choice, or it's Japanese narration on both left and right analog tracks.

Well I got the player and It's not bad for a analog player about the only thing it wouldn't play is my Discovision pressing of Xanadu for some reason

well it's a good backup player, i would totally have taken it.

I do need to find a remote for it since the remote for my CLD-v2600 will not work right on it
