Does anyone know anything other then what is online? I got one today and it is pretty cool. I might sell it but need a price point. The Sony MDP-A2. It was produced in 1994 and is a pretty cool machine. I can find no prices for this thing. Thanks
Chris

I mean there is nothing out there on this. Does anyone have a clue as to what it would sell for?

When I was in the Navy, my friend had that player. I bought the next year model, the MDP-A3 (both had the voltage selector.)

They were pretty much the same machine. And both worthless after 5 years or so as the picture starts to go like most Sony players (picture gets dark and ugly and there's no way to reverse it.)

Only good things about them was the optical output (helped me when I bought my first MD recorder and first DTS LDs), pretty quick side change and digital frame memory.

Otherwise, really not worth it unless you can get it for free and just want to toy around with them.
