Just been watching the Bridges to Babylon on laserdisc concert & im really impressed at how they embrace their songs today + i recently watched Lets Spend the Night Together & i did not care for it. I thought that they really rushed through the songs. Today thru the 1990s & present i think that they are better than the past earlier concerts that are on video.

That band has sucked since before I was born.

Seriously, listen to Through the Past Darkly (the second Greatest Hits, octagonal sleeve). That is one of the greatest rock records ever. They were insanely great for a few years early on but now...dang...a bunch of washed up millionaires selling outrageously overpriced tickets to 50-somethings who haven't heard a new song since before Reagan was in office.

Bridges to Babylon is likely the most valuable of all the Rolling Stones laserdiscs being a late pressing (December 1998) and also only issued in the US.
There are definitely not many copies of that in circulation. It took me a while to obtain my own copy.
I would hold onto that one if I were you as there will be collectors out there who want it for the same reason other late film releases are valuable even if the content sucks or not!

I'd agree Bridges to Babylon and Voodoo Lounge (especially the Japan edition which is 40 minutes longer) are both decent concerts.
We can just be thankful Bridges was released by Warner Brothers and not Sony DADC!
