I'm one of the 20% of the population where cilantro tastes like soap to me. So anytime cilantro makes its way into a food, I can't eat it. Makes my choices when I go to a Mexican or Southwestern restaurant like Chipotle or Qudoba kinda limited (which sucks because I love Tex-Mex/Mexican/Southwest food.)

Why Cilantro Tastes Like Soap for Some

Nope. It just tastes like soap no matter how much is used.

Take a bar of soap and grate a little bit with a cheese grater into some salsa or on a taco/fajita. That's what it tastes like to me.

Salsa salad is the right food for the summertime. I can live on that for season.

I think I'll buy some tomorrow when doing the shopping at ASDA.

Also flaming F-ing HOT No thanks I want to be cool not reaching for fire extinguisher! Pass on the hot for wintertime I'd say yes. For summertime you need to be chilled 8-) 24 hours of the day, in this heat.

I wish stores here in Missouri sold Great Guacamole mix. I always bought it in Albuquerque, but I can't get it here... Or real Mexican food.
