Eight-screen movie theater and restaurant planned for old Boyd

I went to it a few times when I was younger when it was called the "Sameric" theater (the flagship of the "Eric Run" local chain of movie theaters in the Philadelphia area--named after owner Samuel Eric.) Saw some classic horror/sci-fi films (The Blob, It Came from Beneath the Sea) at a revival there.
