I just stumbled upon post. Looks like your a changed man on the road to a great recovery. You probably feel a lot better wit the exercise n' such.
But as far as your arteries and cutting back on the fatty foods I think the damage is already done. So you probably could enjoy an egg Mcmuffin or Big mac once in a while. Im no Dr. though , so what do I know.
