Had a kickass package of US Dreamcast games come in. Had to buy the whole lot or none but should easily be able to sell/trade off the doubles for things I want while keeping the three I do. I would have kept more if I didn't simply already have them.

Bangai-O
Skies of Arcadia
Capcom vs SNK
Grandia II
Phantasy Star Online version 1
Record of the Lodoss War
Sega Smash Pack Vol.1
Virtual-On Oratoria Tangram

i've only a single VHS episode i found for cheap as an ex-rental at a video/bookstore the better part of 20 years ago.

it wasn't bad, but judging from only a single episode... i dunno. still, it was enough to sell me on the ARIEL Mecha herself, at least...

I have the first LD. It’s rather above average stuff. I don’t think it would disappoint people who know what they are getting into.

Got these from work so only spent some loose change...

A.J.S. Motor Cycles Practical Guide covering models 1931-1949 (1949 issue).
PS2 silver DS2 controller (another good one).
Batman Arkham Asylum GotY (Xbox 360)
Couple of bottles of wine, 2015, nothing expensive though (chardonnay & shiraz).
The Who - Quadrophenia (CD remaster reissue).

Cool, it's one of those OAVs I had never heard of, despite being pretty heavily into anime in the '90s.

i have a DC i found for a mere $40 at a GOODWILL like a decade or so ago, and i've only have a couple of games for it.

what do you have doubles of, and what do you want for them?

Replied to your pm, tasuke.

But for anyone wondering...

Cap SNK was a double (or triple even since I have the "pro" Japanese release as well) but was sold instantly
Bangai-O is a double
Skies I already have a US copy and JP LE box
PSO and Sega Smash Pack are also doubles

Keeping the other three.

Picked up a "new in box" PAL TurboGrafx system. Makes for a nice addition to my Turbo collection.

On the Dreamcast, here's an interesting page on various options for installing an optical drive emulator: https://www.retrorgb.com/dreamcastode.html

TerraOnion released an ODE for the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive recently that plays cartridge and CD games (similar to what they did for the PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16) which I'll have to pick up sooner or later.

Put together a very nice lot from a forum sale thread on another board as well.

Sounds good I'll have to hunt it down at some point.

Dl and I go way back and give each other a hard time about some trivial things. I was just letting him know that all the ps1 games were Japanese and most are full anime style to boot. Ie the best top shelf games.

i always thought the PS1 longboxes were U.S. exclusive, and then only for the first 1/2 years on the market?

far as i've ever known, the Japanese market always stuck by the standard CD Jewelcase for all their domestic CD-ROM releases, regardless of platform...

This is correct I'm fairly sure. All the games in this lot are us region but most are later releases.
