There has been a streamed 1080p version even before the Spanish bootleg surfaced recently.
The streamed version has DD5.1 audio afaik but the bootleg BD has DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio.

Both can be found via torrents and probably other places (the bootleg BD full version is around 36GB).
Bootleg BD scene release name is either:
True.Lies.1994.1080p.BluRay.AVC.DTS-HD.MA.5.1-NOGRP
or
True.Lies.1994.1080p.BOOTLEG.BluRay.AVC.DTS-HD.MA.5.1-NOGRP
^Both above are around 36GB, it's exactly the same release but with edited name to identify it as a bootleg.
There is another BD scene release which is the first one I noticed, but it's much smaller (under 13GB):
True.Lies.1994.1080p.BluRay.x264.DTS-HD.MA.5.1-FGT
A sample webrip scene release name is:
True.Lies.1994.1080p.AMZN.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-ABM
^That webrip is around 11GB. There are smaller ones but probably have lower bitrates, idk if there's a larger one around. I first saw it about a year or so ago, it was ripped from Amazon Prime.
