Thanks for reminding me to do something with my jailbroken SNES Classic that's gathering dust! Got Akira a week or so ago. Keeping it now a replacement disc program has been announced. Got The Exterminator this morning. Already have the promo Laserdisc which is truly uncut and doesn't have the vaseline optical smear (super rare to have that, discussed before on LDDB, as the vaseline smear was a self censorship move and all bar a handful of early negatives were self censored). This blu will undoubtedly have the optical smear but it's still a whopper film. RIP Robert Ginty. Also, random thing, found a farmers market stall this morning selling raw milk. I've been looking for a raw milk producer for ages. Got a bottle to try, literally straight from the cow's udders this morning. The stuff is good for a week, you bring the bottle back washed out but don't put the lid back on it. First bottle is €3 inc glass bottle, subsequent refills are €1.50. It's poured straight from the churn, or metal bucket thing whatever it's called if it's not a churn, in to your glass bottle. Direct from udder to bucket to bottle. No BS. Pure raw milk. Gave it a try this morning, it puts supermarket milk to shame. Absolute world of difference in taste, it really is. It's like supermarket milk, even full fat, is watered down and coloured to look pure white. Raw milk is more yellow and pours a little heavy but still runs freely, not like a cream or anything. Don't think i'll go back to shop bought milk for the a long time, unless i run short as the farmer only visits once a week as his farm is a good bit away. Definitely give raw milk a try if you have access to it. It's well worth it.

They pillage zero we can use these days, drop a bunch of bombs, p**s of her generations of people, can’t even steal anything or conquer a place worth owning like Hawaii or Texas like in the old days...but the Post Office is supposed to deliver a letter to the other side of the planet for $1 and make money at it? Why? It’s a friggn trap, seriously. What idiots we are to buy into that BS. The State Department...$55B a year...well, where’s the payoff?

I'm guessing they're deliberately sabotaging USPS just so private postal service companies can move in their former turf when they collapse. Nobody is cancelling maneuvers or jet fighter programs because those are profitable for the military-industrial complex. It is not enough for the corporations to get all the government funding; nobody else must get anything.

Couple of box sets and a 4K today. Female Prisoner Scorpion collection, Phantasm collection, House collection and Gunnm. Some cheeky fecker opened the House set and put the discs back in to make it look like damaged packaging. Whatever thief did that, probably to dump the discs and send them back for a refund, didn't put the cases back in the right way round. This is confirmed when watching any unboxing video of this set on YouTube. Already started an RMA to send it back for a replacement. Some people really are scum of the Earth. What a shame.
