I just saw the new trailer and I've got to say it looks astounding. When the project was first announced I was worried it was going to answer to many questions which just don't need answering, but the more I see of the film (two trailers so far) the more I think Ridley Scott might just pull it off.

Ridley knows how to make a movie,very excited and have high hopes for this "Prometheus".......

In mythology, Prometheus is a Titan, Father to Deucalion and brother of Atlas and Epimetheus,who taught humankind various arts and was sometimes said to have formed humans out of clay and endowed them with the spark (FIRE?!!!) of life.
For having stolen fire from Olympus and given it to humankind in defiance of Zeus, he was chained to a rock where a giant eagle (Roc) daily tore out and ate his liver and every night it would regenerate to be tore out again,until he was released by Hercules.......

Apologies but the name of that Titan is very foreboding in reference to this film ..................

this and abraham lincoln vampire hunter are what im looking forward to most!
