What is upsetting is when you ask the seller to check it & they said it was ok then you find out later after you left feedback that the end of side 1 & all of side 2 is full of rot. It Happened One Night DADC pressing.

I have to find it and look it over to see what is up. Ironically, I actually remember watching that one specifically because lddb had it marked as possible and I wanted to make sure it was ok. I see two pressings each one looks different one is mono the other is Ultra*Stereo which one do you have? Humanoids from the Deep (1997) [ID4113NH]Humanoids from the Deep (1980) [ID3687NH]

The rot was most prominent on Side B - black flecks, coloured speckles and audio even degraded. Side A had a hint of speckling at the start but played clean afterwards.

I had done a quick scan of start, middle and end on both sides when it had first arrived and it seemed great. When I sat down and watched the whole movie the other night there was a 3 minute section just at a random point in the disc when the rot kicked in (really bad too) and then it was as clean as a whistle afterwards. I don't blame a seller for not spotting that as you'd have to watch every movie from start to finish but it is very annoying.
