I have an HD+ but I'm having trouble getting a signal from the DVI output. I have an DVI to HDMI connector, as well as a DVI to component cable, nothing either way. I have it connected via the analog currently and it works fine, but I'd like the better quality the DVI has to offer. No DVI input on the TV though. Any suggestions?

? Why would DVI to component work?

Also, have you tried resetting it? Perhaps the DVI output is set to a resolution, timing, etc. your TV doesn't like?

Though I have an iScan HD and managed to break one of the component inputs by accidentally switching up the Pb and Pr inputs, so it could just be broken.

I'm not sure how DVI to component would work, but the cable was cheap, I figured it'd be worth a shot.

I'm thinking it might be defective- the top of the screen is slightly lighter than the rest of it when it's set to 1080i. I reset it when I bought it for the reason you mentioned: no image. I have the instructions and followed them closely during the setup.

The OCD part of my brain is wondering "WHY won't it do what it's supposed to???" LOL...

Have you tried a different power supply? This sounds like problems I've heard from people with broken power supplies or third party ones with too low of an amperage rating.

I bought a new power supply directly from DVDO via Amazon.
