i just picked up a VSX d711, unfortunatly it didnt come with a remote, i was wondering, did alot of the vsx receivers have remotes that work on the same frequency like the LD players did? if so, what remotes could i get? cuz im having trouble finding the remote for my model on ebay..

My last 4 pioneer elite vsx/sc remotes did not work my ld player out of the box, but were all able to be programmed to do so. Near the back of the owners manual will list the programming codes
