who sells rubber belts and other spare parts for Pioneer CLD-R7G and Pioneer DVL-909 players? I would like to have a set of rubber belts just in case one of my players breaks in the future? can you provide with seller information, webshop links?
these spare part belts are they genuine Pioneer parts or aftermarket high quality parts?
is there a repair ciruit board scheme for DVL-909 AND CLD-R7G available to buy or download from internet?
what else goes bad on both these players above? please let me know what to watch out for?
i apprechiate your help thanks

Think I repaired both a D505 and a D515 some time ago, but my R7G haven't had any issues with the belt so I haven't been in need of any spare ones. I've got some motor holders here as well, but will probably not need them for quite some time. These players are usually easy to fix. is it the motorholder for R7G which goes bad or is ith the one for DVL-909 that goes bad? who sells motorholders for both players?

Part is available here. http://www.donberg.ie/catalogue/audio_s ... c_199.htmlthis motoholder does it fit both machines R7G and DVL-909? what about the clamp puck that holds the centre hole of the disc in position, does it go bad?

nissling wrote: I know it works with the R7G and should work with the 909. I don't have any experience of the 909. The clamp can go bad for sure, but if you don't experience any issues with it you shouldn't worry. I've neved had to replace/fix it. my players still looks new, like if they were removed from the box on purchase day. they have not been used very much. i guess clamps are still good

Parts are no problem here in belgium that is I guess spare parts are available from Pioneer USA. I can't imagine otherwise since ld players we're much more common in the US than europe. I ordered soms motorholders and drivebelts here. They we're ordered with Pioneer Japan. I received everything I ordered without a glitch. I asked if they kept spare parts around in Belgium... No problem they said. we'll order them asap. Even the calibration disc was available. I got it in about 3 weeks time.

I simply order them with Pioneer Belgium. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to order parts trough an official Pioneer dealer. Just give them the spare part number and they'll order them for you. I got myself a few known problem parts. Motorholders, belts, cam gears, prc hub on top of spindle motor etc... These parts are dead cheap. I have a brand new dvl-909-919e spindle motor come to think of it... I don't think I'll ever need it tough...

vnl1700 motor holder veb1184 rubber belt vnl1625 cam gear (pin may brake of one day) vnl1631 cam plate (another possible breakdown)
the mentioned parts are applied in the dvl-909-919 and cld-d515 -cld-d925 and known clones like the denon la-2300-2700 or yamaha units.
cheap parts that may come in handy one day! some partnumbers changed trough the years. Pioneer won't have a problem cross referencing these! so these are the weak parts that may eventually break in the future? did you have # number for prc-hub ontop of the spindle, is this the clamp that holds and centers the disc in place? thanks
