mikeystoyz wrote: The Pioneer 2400 is an Industrial Player I believe and they are bulletproof, except for the one that I own where the laser needs to be adjusted, lol. You need about 50 bucks to get a decent player. The one I showed you is a good starter, I do not believe it flips though. it all depends on how much you want to spend, industrial player would be cool, i had one once, not that model but still cool. it all depends on what you are going to watch, how you are going to watch it and where. for my TV series i kind of wish i had an industrial player so i would know what sides i need to watch next. for films you should get flip but if you don't mind i don't think it's that big a deal. but get one from mikey OR check on the bay and craigs, good solid players always come up cheap enough, great players are always expensive. check on the bay for pioneer LD player or pioneer Laserdisc player.

this is a good one if it goes cheap. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pioneer-CLD-D50 ... 2ebd1b057edon't know if it's in your range? also check pawn shops, they sometimes have one. i've been going to pawns for years and only ever saw 2. and remember the older the player the heavier it is, the newer the lighter for shipping costs. what about the one on craigslist, what that too much for your range now? if you can get one cheap enough to start you out then do it, you can always upgrade later.

i live nowhere near a pawn shop, my range is up to about $30 as of now. im willing to pay like $50 when i get more money, maybe more. the one on craigslist was to far away because of the price of gas. its under an hour drive, but thats like $20 worth of gas.
