Hi, I just in September got a laserdisc player. I always wanted one when I was a kid, but my family had VHS. I've already gotten quite a few movies, and they look great. I got a Pioneer CLD-S104 player. Not sure if this is a good player, from what I've read it's pretty low end equipment, so I may someday in the future try to find a higher quality player. I am glad there is this site to communicate with other LD enthusiasts, although I am very new to the subject, I've read quite a bit since getting a player and a discs. Nice to meet everyone!
