I'm Peter from Corvallis, Oregon and have been a lurker for a while, finally joining up around two weeks ago.

I started into LDs in the early 90s and was a heavy addict for a number of years, including several years living in Asia where the format was of course far more popular than in the US or Europe.

My collection, which has been stored unused for the last 12 years (2 house moves ago), runs to around 700 titles, including a heavy focus on Criterion, CinemaDisc, 'arthouse' movies generally, docos, and music - classical, pop and 'visual' - very little mainstream Hollywood product in the mix. Around half or a little over half of the titles are still sealed, while most of the rest are in mint, just viewed once condition.

Since another (transatlantic) move is now imminent it all needs to find a new home and I'd like to put some of the choicer items up here for your perusal but have not been able to open a seller account (for obvious and understandable reasons), but hopefully that'll happen in due course. In the meantime if anyone has any specific needs in the genres mentioned above or would like me to email them a title listing please PM.
