Post subject:  Hello from California!
Hi all. I guess I'm doing this backwards as I've made a few posts already, but here it goes. I'm really glad to have found this forum and I have to tell you, I belong to many other media/video game forums and the people here are the nicest by far. No bickering or making others feel stupid for asking a question. As a member I really appreciate that. I've been collecting LaserDiscs for the last 5 years or so. It was really expensive for the longest time and finally bought in. Currently I have 3 LaserDisc players.....my Pioneer CLD 99, CLD-704 and my Yamaha CDV-W901. I also have many other types and kinds of media and I am really partial to HD DVD. I have 7 players currently and just love the format. Well, I just wanted to say hello to all the fine members here and thank you for the great knowledge base.

Welcome to this forum Friend and neighbor.

In our own way and also the selflessness in which so much of the members here write, in order to encourage others to write freely.
It's a credit to a good number Guys and Girls here, that this site has turned out the way it has.
