Hello everyone!
I wanted to create a LaserDisc collection almost 5 years ago. Last week I started, and that was the right decision.
The history, the size of the disks and of course the great cover artworks simply amaze me.

Guten Abend Kingpin, Ich hoffe, Sie sind gut. Yes I agree with you totally and that is why myself and many others here are glad that we started collecting Laserdisc's when we did and even now. In the day when released was very exciting and the whole home cinema community were very different then such a personal experience so unique............ the Shop where Used to go to was like home from home and friendly, an hours drive each way. The shops name was ''THE DISC EMPORIUM'' and a visit to Rotterdam in the Netherlands ''RO - DISC'' was also an excellent experience. LVS LASERDISC ENTERPRISE in Kings Langley UK and ''LASERDISC INTERNATIONAL'' Whichford in Kent UK, and not Forgetting ''THE HOME CINEMA STORE'' in Shaftsbury avenue LONDON. I miss the whole experience that was then. Everything now seems so convenient and disposable. I used to love the challenged of getting in my car and driving the many miles to purchace my LD Kicks....... mit freundlichen Grüßen Kind Regards to you
