Hi all, I wanted to make my first post to say thanks to Julien and the surrounding LDDB community for this excellent resource. I first got into LDs around 2005-2006 when I bought a refurbished CLD-99 from Bayview Electronics. I've now gotten further into this wonderful analogue video format, so I decided to finally register an account. I'm looking forward to being an active member of the community here! Thanks

Hello to you. I was aware of the LD format for years but around about the same time as yourself (2004ish) I acquired my first player & a few discs & been hooked since. Enjoy
