Does anyone check their blank sides?

I just watched the CAV Discovision Jaws 2 and put on side 6 and was surprised to get a 1980 Pontiac Sales Training video featuring Don Meredith!

Anyone else come across any others like this?

And would anyone know if errors like these were isolated or were they across entire print runs?

Yeah, dead sides on discovision are known.
Blam1 has a website about them and I know there is at least 1 topic with them being mentioned here, I started one at one time I think or just added to one.
Its been years, I found a bunch of Discovisions, you can even sometimes clean the dead sides if they don't play.
New hobby for you now.

Dead sides are only interesting on DiscoVision titles. I always clean and check the dead sides on DisoVision titles. But they are hard to get in Europe.

Typing “blank sides” into the search reveals these other threads.

Contributing to previously existing threads keeps the information more central and less redundant.

I have been cleaning and checking my Discovision "dead" sides since the 1980s when I first bought those early versions. Unfortunately, I do not think I have found any truly rare/unique ones. I have found a couple or a few of the General Motors ones; maybe I should go back and see if they are in the database here. The "coolest" one I found was a side of "House Calls" in Extended Play, before I found out that that movie was one of three that were early CLV titles. Later, I found a full boxed copy of it.
