I recently got a Sony MDP-850D. I have a voltage converter for this, but when I attempted to connect to my laptop using VIDBOX, the audio and video were scrambled. Do I need https://www.amazon.com/MX-100-Converter ... 0095FN03U/ to fix the problem, or is there something else I'm missing? I currently have 3 PAL/SECAM laserdiscs I can't wait to digitize, but I'm not quite there yet. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you can’t get audio then it’s not a PAL/NTSC issue. LD audio is just line level audio.
