I added a copy of Pink Flamingos to my collection, and it's highlighted in red. When I hover a mouse over it, it says "when you find the time, take out the discs and submit the Mint Marks".

I have no clue what this means. I assume it wants me to update some information for the database, but don't know what I'm looking for or how to submit it to help.
