Are you specifically wedded to the elephant condom style? Because if not, some inner sleeves designed for vinyl collectors are also suitable for LaserDiscs. "poly-lined LP sleeves" is a good thing to search on Amazon. But of course these tend to be the paper sleeves with the plastic insides, like you'd get with many American/European laserdiscs.

All of the products you will need are going to be for Vinyl.
You need to look for antistatic, either the sleeves that are U shaped or the Elephant Condoms
or paper with antistatic inside the holder/sleeve/inner sleeve.

You can use as muzer posted the paper with poly inside, they are fine too I just don't like them as a personal preference.

Life hint: look for something made that is similar and you can usually find the product you need.

I’ve never found round bottomed sleeves from US sources that aren’t slightly oversized. That may drive you nuts but it may not. They’ll still fit fine but they are larger.

I get my stuff from Bags Unlimited usually.

Yeah I had to source my ECs from Japan, the antistatic sleeves are perfect fit for Japan sleeves which we all know about the smaller inner size than the
US sleeves that discs will slop around inside.

I never want those sleeves because 1 - they rot and decay. 2-2 they are annoying as hell to try and get it to sit flat in the sleeve. I'd rather just have the paper sleeve with the plastic hole window.

Tell that to all your vinyl collectors.
In vinyl its a must to have antistatic sleeves.

Guys, don’t be cruel. If it weren’t for rot and ECs we’d have nothing to talk about with new members.

Factoid: I got a record for Xmas, brand new, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. It came with the preferred inner sleeve, poly lined paper, square in shape, round window in the middle.

The record had already torn through on one side when I first opened it.

This is my issue with those sleeves, they don’t have plastic on the edges usually and will eventually fail there.

Don't be daft, there'd be plenty to talk about!

Like capturing Star Wars off of LD!

I don't actually think they ever made any paper on outside with all plastic inside, just the way its made you have to have that plastic strip on the center
and glue fold the paper over on the sides.

This is why the bottoms don't ever have splits but sides do for the most part.

I buy Poly-Lined Vintage Style Paper Sleeves. Usually from Bags Unlimited but also from http://www.investvinylrecords.com

These tend to fit U.S. releases, but will be slightly bigger than Japanese jackets. They will fit just fine without bunching up but will stick out slightly. I've got some that have LASERDISC/LP printed on them that I bought years ago from Radio Shack. When I replace Elephant Condoms (the clear plastic sleeves that Pioneer used) I keep only those that are perfectly flat, in case I run out of Poly-Lined Paper Sleeves. Those that are damaged, even slightly, I recycle.

Some sources also sell paper sleeves without Poly-Lining, but I don't recommend them.

I remember they were called "Rice Paper" sleeves and I have two Chevrolet LDs where the sleeves did rot...
