It has a series of essays in the beginning, and a detailed directory of companies in the business. Here is the Table of Contents:

At the end of the book, it has about 200 pages of disc listings (CED and LD). Here is what a listing page looks like:

I'm surprised how comprehensive the disc listing section is. It covers obscure discs which were never publicly available. I am going to start taking pictures of the disc listing section, and I'll post groups of them in this thread as PDFs.
