Hi everyone!

Y have a Realistic MD1000 player and I'm trying to play a japanese disc but no work LD device reads for a moment and then ejects it, label says "NTSC" in japanese disc and my device player works fine with all NTSC label discs I have, anyone have idea about it?

They should play fine.

Do you have another player you can test the disc on? If so and it doesn't play on that machine as well, there is a good chance the disc might be laser rotted.

For a Tandy Realistic MD-1000, USA NTSC or Japan NTSC LD should make 0 difference.

The player has another kind of issue.

Any error code on display?

Agreed, there may be an imperfection on the LD platter that is causing the player to kick it out.
If able, try another import. Curious if you have further issues trying other LD's.
Or as Julien just mentioned, gads, it may be your player !

I have lots of Japanese discs and have never had a single playback issue so I echo the sentiments of everyone else here as well. It's an issue with the disc itself or the player.
