I just bought Allman Brothers at Great Woods laserdisc i read that the dvd was ruined by interviews. Laura Brannigan is only available on laserdisc along with Scorpions World Wide Live & Pink Floyd Delicate Sound of Thunder laser only but there are bootleg dvds for sale. Song of the South & music videos such as Sexy Shorts by Image. What others are on laserdisc only.

There a crapload of them, but I'd say for the most part they are stuff that hasn't been re-issued on newer formats because the musical acts in question are something nobody cares about anymore. Cutting Crew, for example.

Here are some I can think of:

Grateful Dead: Infrared Sightings (1992) [ID2105TR]

The CDV for Timelords/KLF Doctorin' the Tardis This one isn't in the LDDB even (I just submitted it).

Its unlikely to ever be released again for complicated reasons only a KLF fan would understand. I won't get into it. I don't own this because I understand its a guaranteed rotter, as is everything from the company that pressed it.

Unlike films the vast majority of music titles have not been re-issued on other formats so it may be more practical to mention the ones that have rather than the ones that haven't.

Quite a few Neil Young titles have only been released on Laserdisc (and VHS):

Complex Sessions
Freedom Live
Ragged Glory
Human Highway
Solo Trans (Laserdisc only)
Weld

No doubt they'll get DVD/Blu-ray releases whenever Neil releases his future Archive boxsets...

David Byrne's Between the Teeth, is another.

Many Tina Turner releases never made it to DVD which is kinda strange as she has had very succesful DVD releases with "Live from Amsterdam", "One Last Time" and "All the Best Live".
Never released on DVD:

Break Every Rule (1987)
Nice N Rough (1982)
What's Love Live from San Bernadino (1993)
Wild Lady of Rock (1979) ( Released on LD as Queen of Rock n Roll)
What you see is What you get (1987)
Do You want some Action! (1990)
Private Dancer (1984)

And to date nothing has appeared on BluRay....

Crosby, Stills, & Nash - Daylight again is (sadly for me) available on DVD.

Earth, Wind & Fire - In Concert is on DVD, but OOP and hard to find.

I do know Harry Connick Jr's Swingin & Singin hasn't seen release on DVD. It should also be of note that the few GRP Super LD's I have haven't turned up in DVD.

So I fired up my capture device.......;)
