Not a single hit on search engines. I'd say the catalog number was reserved for a possible release and either the negotiations failed or the release was cancelled due to anticipated lack of interest or possible non-profitable release.

Pitch Black mayby ? with a USA release canceled t might have been planned in Japan aswell.

Actually PILF-2851 is probably After the Rain (1999) [PILD-1172] but I can't see from the only picture I found online. Just ordered a copy for completion's sake. Still it's a cool item to have: the last screenplay and preproduction work of Akira Kurosawa before he died, directed by his assistant.
