Have only watch Tomomi Kahala 1st Live on OOP DVD so far. AMAZING show, she breaks down half way through, her voice is cracking all over the place, she's crying (Jpop singers only usually cry at the end of the show) but with the support of the crowd she comes back and builds and builds to a triumphant finish. Not the best singer live but makes up for it in pure raw pop-ness!!!

Looking forward to Minako Honda and of course Future War 198X on LD. The cover art is worth the Y8000 alone imo, really excited to watch, even though an anime fan since the 1980s had never heard of it until I started posting here and someone picked it up. HAD to have it.

The Megazone set is really nice, great inserts and Hal art and had to get it to go with my new set of OG Kumi Miyasato CDs!!

Haven't bought anything for over a year but my media collection has really had some key stuff and personal long term holy grails added to it this week!

Just curious, will a US NTSC Laserdisc player play Japanese Laserdisc's without issue?

Japanese discs are NTSC so they should play fine. The only Japanese discs that won't play are HiVision discs.

Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye

Fun Fact: Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye was banned in the state of Ohio due to it being viewed as "a sordid, sadistic presentation of brutality and an extreme presentation of crime with explicit steps in commission." On the Laserdisc cover it says "The Only Gangster Film Ever Banned in America!" however this is incorrect, that title goes to the 1932 version of Scarface which received a ban in 5 states and 5 cities due to "glorification of crime".

Got the LD of Fleetwood Mac: The Dance a couple of days ago.The jacket still has the original price on it of $39.99 from Ascent Sound. The overall condition is good to very good. The jacket was received in a plastic cover that is in good condition and should protect the jacket from wear (especially bottom edge wear). The LD has 22 song videos: from The Chain to Songbird.
