I generally try not to spend more than $3 per disc. Because I need to have some restraint haha. I posted an ad up on Craigslist and I was contacted with this:

He initially wanted 250, I said I would have to respectfully pass as we were on different pages as far as price goes. He told me to make an offer, I threw out 100 and he countered with 125. Would you say that's a good price?

I'd say that's a decent deal, but only because of the cartoon collections. Numbers 2, 3, and 4. The rest are just so-so. The idea of number 1 kind of scares me. I wouldn't use such a thing.

Picked it up and I am very happy. Everything is in immaculate condition, looks like he bought it last week and kept it in his closet for me to buy it. As for the disc cleaner I don't plan on using it haha but thank you for the heeded warnings.
