 £313.34 +£40.73

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALIENS-Laserd ... 2567b3bff4

Seems like just another greedy ebay seller and what mug is going to buy it?

The usual going price seems to be around or no more than £40.00 often less than £10.00.

Probably worth nothing if the following thread is anything to go by:
viewtopic.php?f=32&t=124&hilit=+alien

Glad to see he is keeping the shipping realistic!!

Also a high probability of being a rotter according to LDDB.com.

It's actually kind of impressive. He should have listed it as OOP, cause out of print laserdiscs fetch a lot more money on ebay. I love it when laser sellers add that little bit of extra information.

I always feel like asking sellers when they say a Laserdisc is OOP, if they can give me an example of a Laserdisc that is "In Print" . . .

Exactly! Or asking them, "When did this laserdisc go out of print?" on all of their listings.

Speaking of sellers using the term OOP, it's funny when they use "rare" or "very rare" on such a common title or
there's several of them for sale. I don't know if they think people are stupid or what. Another word that I personally
do not like is "mint". I will neveruse that word because my mint may differ from your mint and also using that
term, a person will go way out of their way to prove you wrong.
If I have something that I feel is close..well...near mint is fine.

So true! I've had this conversation about comics, lasers, & other mass produced items. Mint is a term for coins, nothing else. Paper products can never be mint due to the nature of printing, including laserdisc covers. These terms get thrown around and most have no clue where they come from and so they just keep using them.

That is why I infrequently use a 10/10 on my discs. I think I have maybe 10 listed in total and they are as nice as they can possibly be. I get nervous when selling them though because there is no room for error, lol.

Laser-Rot no kiddiing! I guess he thinks he can scam someone. Why wasn't it recalled and re-pressed?
